Ledgent Finance & Accounting has an excellent opportunity open for a Payroll Accountant. This company is a real estate and property management company, located in West Houston/Energy Corridor area. This is a directd hire position and will be working a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and Fridays from home. Salary up to $95K.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of payroll accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
• Strong Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, X and H lookups)
• Paycom software experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Process Bi-weekly payroll for 750-800 employees
• Analyze processes and procedures, taking ownership of process
• Analyze data for discrepancies and trends
